When I first contacted Advice Anonymous I was filled with pain from my arthritic condition and practically a shut in.
I was barely walking with a cane. Doctors and psychologists were less then optimistic. Adding to my stress was that my medications
caused me to gain 50 pounds! Advice Anonymous assigned Maurene as my life coach. She took me to a track in the early morning. I remember the sun was shinning and
there was a gentle breeze as she encouraged me to walk on the track. As I resisted, she explained that this professional surface would be more forgiving for my joints.
